Refirm began in a small dermatology clinic, not a boardroom. Our founding dermatologist spent years watching patients pour thousands into creams, serums, and procedures that only worked on the surface. Women would come back months later, sometimes after spending $5,000+ on fillers and peels, with the same deepening lines.
While her colleagues prescribed the same retinol creams and injection referrals, she started asking a different question: why does nothing reach where the change actually happens?
The Turning Point
