60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every Refirm product. If you've used your product consistently as directed and aren't satisfied with your results, we'll refund you — within the terms below.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, all of the following must apply:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 60 days of your confirmed delivery date
  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
  • The product has been used as directed per the product instructions — refunds are not issued for unused or unopened products under this guarantee (see Unopened Returns below)
  • You have given the product a genuine trial of at least 3–4 weeks of consistent use
  • This is your first refund request with Refirm — the satisfaction guarantee applies to a maximum of 1 unit per customer, per lifetime
  • Your order was placed directly through our official website (tryrefirm.com) — purchases from third-party sellers are not eligible

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hello@tryrefirm.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]"
  2. Include the following in your email:
  • Your order number and delivery date
  • A photo of your used product
  • A brief description of how long and how often you used the product
  • What results you were hoping to see, and why the product didn't meet your expectations

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Please note: Our team may follow up with additional questions to better understand your experience. This helps us improve our products. Requests that go unanswered for more than 3 business days may be closed.


Subscription Orders

If you are or were on a Refirm subscription plan:

  • Only your most recent subscription order is eligible for a satisfaction guarantee refund — refunds are not issued retroactively for past shipments
  • Your subscription must be cancelled before a refund request can be processed
  • To cancel your subscription, log in to your account or contact us at hello@tryrefirm.com prior to submitting a refund request

Promotional & Discounted Orders

Orders placed with a promotional discount of 20% or more are eligible for store credit only, not cash refunds. Bundle orders, BOGO promotions, and flash sale orders fall under this category. Store credit is issued at the original amount paid and does not expire.


Unopened / Unused Products

If your product is unopened and in its original condition, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To initiate an unopened return:

  • Email hello@tryrefirm.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will provide return instructions
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — we recommend a trackable shipping method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@tryrefirm.com with a clear photo of the item. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. Damaged/defective claims do not count against your one-time satisfaction guarantee eligibility.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers who initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card issuer forfeit eligibility for the Refirm satisfaction guarantee. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us directly at hello@tryrefirm.com — we are always happy to make it right.


Exclusions — We Do Not Issue Refunds For:

  • Requests submitted after the 60-day guarantee window
  • Customers who have previously received a refund from Refirm within the last 12 months
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or marketplaces
  • Orders where there is clear evidence of misuse or product tampering
  • Multiple units within the same order — only 1 unit per order/per customer is covered
  • Promotional orders exceeding 20% off (store credit only)
  • Subscription orders beyond the most recent shipment
